The Upper Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival is located on Water Street in Wheeling WV. The Festival runs from 11th to 14th street and includes the scenic Heritage Port

The Upper Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival is located near the Wesbanco Arena Parking garage, on street parking is also avaiable.
